What does 'Final Sale' mean?
If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.
Will you be getting "Out of Stock" Items back in stock?
Our stock changes rapidly, so if you really want a specific item contact our customer service department at (310) 652-6321 and we may be able to special order it for you! For our one of a kind items, we're generally not able to re-stock. However, sometimes we are able to find something similar! let our friendly customer service reps help you out!
Where do you find your products?
All over the world! Our purchasing department search for unique items from different places. Many of our items are created locally in Los Angeles from indie designers. We love to source our products from all over, because it means we can bring you the best and most unique variety.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
How do I change my email preferences?
If you've joined our D.O.G VIP Club, you're automatically set to receive emails about our fun features and contests, exclusive opportunities, and first-to-know info, as well as other news and important order info. But, you can also opt-out from receiving our emails too. Wanna do that? Just click unsubscribe from the bottom of the last email you received. You will be automatically removed from our list. Are all your products manufactured in the United States?
We search the globe to bring you the cutest, most unique items for your pup, and sometimes, we don't have to look too far! We offer an extensive list of products made right here in the U.S., and we're always looking for more! To make sure a product is 'Made in the USA', look under More Info on the products page.
Do you carry BIG DOG size clothing?
We know not every dog is the same, and we do our best to accommodate all breed types! Most of our items can be customized or ordered in a larger size. Please call our friendly customer service reps (310) 652-6321 to find out if we can accommodate your pets clothing size needs.
My order status says, "pending." What does that mean?
'Pending' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves its fulfillment center, well email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.'
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, on most items! All items available for international shipping with state it on the products page. We ship all international orders via USPS (standard mail) It usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive in your country. We have no control over delivery time of an item when its shipped to a international address. Please check with your local postal service for more information. Why don't you remove the "Out of Stock" items once they sell?
We keep the "Out of Stock" items up on the page so that our customers get an idea of what styles and types of items we typically sell. We add new products almost every day, but they do sell fast! If we removed every "Out of Stock" item once it was sold, we would have nothing up on the site to show our customers! Remember, you can always contact our friendly customer service reps to special order an "Out of Stock" item at (310) 652-6321.
Where's my Return or Exchange?
Returns and exchanges are usually processed within about 7-10 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it!
