Please read the following information below before you purchase merchandise on this website 

 

Returns/Exchanges: 

 

Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days with receipt for an exchange or store credit only with the following exceptions. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, pet id tags, beds, ALL pet carriers, Puppoose carriers, Pet-a-Pottys, The Pet Loo and synthetic grass (for health and sanitary reasons), blankets, all holiday items and sale priced merchandise. 

 

All items being returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with all price tags attached, unused and in sellable condition. 

 

All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending your item and copy of your purchase receipt must be included. 

 

You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

 

Returns/Exchanges Process: 

 

1) Please call D.O.G. Pet Boutique at 1-877-354-5895 or 310-424-5807 to request an RA #. 

 

2) If the return is authorized, you will be given an authorization number. Please write it on your package and on the copy of the purchase receipt being sent. Please indicate whether or not you would like a store credit or if you would like to exchange it for another item. We will charge you an additional shipping fee between $8-$25 to send your exchanged product to you. 

 

3) Please use a shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Return freight will not be reimbursed.

Damaged/Defective Items: 

 

We stand behind out products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 24 Hours of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. No Exceptions! 

 

Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process. 

 

Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable and will be considered a complete loss. We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. The merchandise sold on our online store are not guaranteed to withstand your pets behavior. 

 

Shipping Options & Charges 

 

We offer Standard shipping options. 

 

Standard Shipping ($8 - $30): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-8 business days after receipt of your order.

 

International Shipping ($35 - $75): Please view our Checkout Page for a shipping estimate. Call (310) 652-6321 for more information.

 

Shipping Options & Charges

 

 

Special Locations: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional days to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver. For delivery to international shipping addresses, please view below. 

 

Gift Cards: Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $10 shipping fee. To expedite a Gift Card to Alaska or Hawaii, please call (310) 652-6321 to place your order and allow one extra business days for shipping. International customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time. 

 

Special Orders: Certain in-stock items may require 3-4 weeks for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified to remove these items during Checkout. 

 

Customized/Engraved Items: These items may be shipped only via Standard Shipping and may arrive within 2-3 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact Customer Service at (310) 652-6321.

D.O.G Pet Boutique offers international shopping! 

 

How to Order 

 

Shop DOGPetBoutique.com as you normally would. Proceed to checkout to calculate and display an estimated order total, including shipping costs. Once your transaction is complete, D.O.G Pet Boutique will ship your item from our shipping hub in the United State to its final international destination. You may ship to a specific country but pay with a different country's currency. If you don't see your country listed, we are not currently able to ship to that destination. If you are shipping to a U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process. 

 

Duties & Taxes

 

Additional International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) may be charge upon delivery. The receiver of products will be responsible of additional fees. If additional charges may occur a D.O.G representative will contact you via email to advise of additional charges. 

 

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that D.O.G Pet Boutique supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined during or after Checkout. 

 

Payment Methods

 

We accept most major credit cards for international orders. Your credit card will be billed by D.O.G Pet Boutique after checkout. 

 

Shipping Options & Charges

 

International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, an estimated international shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Free Shipping on international orders. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. 

 

Shipping Timeline

 

Most in-stock items will arrive 6-18 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. 

 

International orders are final sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges. Please contact Customer Service for more informaton.
